1. What does “Mixpotli” mean?
“Potli” is the traditional Indian cloth pouch used to carry precious, carefully chosen things. Mixpotli is our promise: everything in your jar is there on purpose, nothing more.
2. What makes Mixpotli different from other Ayurvedic brands?
Every product is a 100% active dry powder with no added preservatives, a fully disclosed ingredient list with exact percentages, and independent dermatological and microbiological testing on every formulation.
3. Is Mixpotli a medicine or a cosmetic?
Mixpotli products are proprietary cosmetic formulations, inspired by Ayurvedic principles and modern millet research. They are not classical Ayurvedic medicines and make no therapeutic or medicinal claims.
4. Who formulated Mixpotli’s products?
Mixpotli Product was developed by our founder Mr. Anil Kumar partnership with Dr. Vijay Kimtata, MD (Ayur), of Swasthya Herbocosmetics, over three and a half years of research and testing.
5. Where is Mixpotli manufactured?
All products are manufactured in India by Omnipotents Pharmaceuticals under Manufacturing License No. 55-ISM (HR), based in Hisar, Haryana.

7. Is Mixpotli cruelty-free?
Mixpotli products are not tested on animals.
8. Is Mixpotli suitable for all skin and hair types?
Our products are formulated for normal skin and hair types and have been dermatologically evaluated as non-irritant. If you have a known sensitivity to any listed ingredient, we recommend a patch test before full use.
9. Why is Mixpotli a powder instead of a cream or gel?
Powder removes the need for water in the base formula, which means no added preservatives are required — the product only becomes “wet” the moment you activate it with water at home.

10. Why millets?
Millets are naturally rich in protein, amino acids, minerals, and antioxidants, with emerging research supporting their role in hair and skin health.
11. Are the herbs in Mixpotli classical Ayurvedic ingredients?
Yes — herbs like Reetha, Shikakai, Amla, Brahmi, Bhringraj, and Ashwagandha have a long history of traditional use in Ayurveda.
12. Does Mixpotli use any synthetic fragrance?
No. Any scent you experience comes from the natural botanicals themselves.
13. Are Mixpotli products free from parabens and sulphates?
Yes, all products are free from parabens, sulphates, and synthetic preservatives.
14. What does “0.001% Kesar” mean in the YuvaSparsh ingredient list — is that too little to matter?
Saffron (Kesar) is used in very small quantities even in classical Ayurvedic formulations due to its potency and cost — we disclose the exact percentage so you always know precisely what you’re getting.
15. Can I see the full ingredient list before buying?

16. How do I use a Mixpotli powder?
Mix the recommended number of scoops with water (or rose water/milk for face products) into a smooth paste, apply, leave on briefly, and rinse thoroughly. Exact instructions are listed on each product page.
17. How much product should I use?
Each jar includes a 5g measuring scoop. Refer to the dosage guide on each product page for hair-length or skin-type-specific recommendations.
18. How often should I use KeshDhara?
KeshDhara can be used as a regular hair cleanse, in place of shampoo, as often as suits your hair type.
19. How often should I use KeshPoshak?
KeshPoshak is designed as a weekly deep-conditioning treatment.
20. Can I mix Mixpotli powders with something other than water?
Yes — face products can be mixed with rose water or milk for extra hydration; hair products are best mixed with plain water.
21. Can I store a pre-mixed paste for later use?
No. Because our products contain no preservatives, we recommend mixing only the amount you need and using it immediately.
22. Is Mixpotli safe for coloured or chemically treated hair?
Mixpotli products are formulated from natural ingredients and are generally gentle; however, if your hair has undergone recent chemical treatment, we recommend a patch test first.
23. Can men use Mixpotli products?
Yes, all Mixpotli products are suitable for all genders.

25. Has Mixpotli been tested for microbial safety?
Yes — every batch is tested by a government approved laboratory for microbial and elemental safety before release.
26. What should I do if I experience irritation?
Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician or dermatologist. Always perform a patch test before first use if you have sensitive skin.
