All Mixpotli products are cosmetic preparations intended for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

5. Orders & Payment
As this is our first venture into direct-to-consumer business, we’ve kept our ordering process simple and secure. Orders are placed exclusively through this website and must be prepaid in full at checkout via our secure payment gateway, using credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking. Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email and/or SMS. We currently offering Cash on Delivery (COD), and we thank you for your trust as we grow.
6. Shipping
We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders, anywhere in India. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days of confirmation, and you will receive tracking details by email/SMS once your order has shipped. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
As our products are cosmetic and hygiene items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the seal has been opened. However, if your product arrives with a broken or tampered seal, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos of the product, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched, your payment will be refunded within 7 business days, credited back to the original mode of payment.
